PC Support, Installation and Network Installation

I can provide telephone support for PC and Network issues and problems countrywide.

I can provide physical support for PC and Network issues and problems on a more local basis, typically the Charente and Charente-Maritime. By arrangement I could also provide support further afield in the Dordogne and Aquitaine departments.

Equally on a local basis I can also provide Installation services for PCs and Network Equipment. I can assist in transferring data and systems from old to new PCs, advising on security, applications and purchasing.

I can install local area network and Wi-Fi facilities, advise on Livebox issues and offer alternative equipment. If required I can undertake physical cabling and wiring.

I can also advise on a variety of technological issues from iPods to Tivo recorders and satellite TV installations.
